Wellness Without Barriers Ltd provides accessible nutrition, wellbeing and coaching support for people living with disabilities, chronic illness, fatigue, fluctuating health conditions and reduced mobility.

Founded through lived experience of disability and Functional Neurological Disorder, the service recognises that traditional approaches to health and wellbeing do not always work when energy, mobility and symptoms can change from one day to the next.

Support focuses on practical, realistic ways to improve wellbeing without pressure, guilt or unrealistic expectations. This includes nutrition coaching, energy management, pacing ,rest and recovery, building sustainable routines and finding ways to work with an unpredictable body.

Services include one to one support, online workshops, talks, community sessions and practical digital resources. A free 30 minute discovery call is also available for people who would like to explore what support may be suitable for them.

Wellness Without Barriers also works with charities, community organisations and workplaces to deliver accessible workshops and talks around disability, wellbeing, energy management and inclusion.

I am a qualified Level 4 Nutritional Coach for People with Disabilities and hold a Coaching and Mentoring qualification. I am also DBS Certified
