Sometimes in life we may well feel we need that little bit of extra help, support and companionship or even just to have someone to talk to.
I am a self-employed support worker who has plenty of life experience and a good understanding of some of the challenges we all face in life at one time or another. I am here to listen to what is important to you and to support you in a way that gives you the most control over how you live and enjoy life.
Some of the services I can offer include daytime respite/sitting service, administration and helping to deal with correspondence, help with shopping, travel to and from hospital appointments, trips out and light domestic work.
Please do get in touch if you would like to find out more about how I may be able to work with you.
