My name is Tim, an independent, local care provider, specialising in assisting adults to remain living in their own homes. I provide all aspects of care, ranging from social visits, assisting with personal care and day to day living, transport to appointments, through to medication management, and palliative care.
I have been working within the care industry for six years, both in the community and in nursing homes. I am fully insured, DBS checked and I have a level 3 diploma in Adult Healthcare.
I am able to cater for pop in visits, as well as longer day visits, depending on the individual’s needs. I have experience in care planning and working alongside other multi agency healthcare professionals.
