Finding strength together: Club Connect – a support group for chronic pain sufferers

Living with chronic pain can be a lonely and exhausting experience, but no one should have to face it alone. That’s the idea behind Club Connect, a dedicated support group offering a compassionate and understanding community for people in the Forest of Dean who are navigating life with long-term pain conditions.

Club Connect meets in various locations (Lydney, Cinderford, and Coleford) in the Forest of Dean at different times of the month. It’s a welcoming space where individuals can come together, share their experiences, and find mutual support. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing pain for years, Club Connect offers a sense of belonging and connection.

More than just a social gathering, Club Connect provides a chance to meet with like-minded people and discuss what services and support are available in the area.

If you or someone you know could benefit from understanding ears, shared stories, and practical help, Club Connect might just be the lifeline you’re looking for.
