CPR is an emergency lifesaving procedure, performed when the heart stops beating. Each year over 30,000 people have an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in the UK, with less than one in ten surviving.

British Heart Foundation are offering a free interactive online course called RevivR to teach you CPR. In just 15 minutes, you can learn how to save a life and receive your very own CPR certificate. You just need your mobile phone or tablet and a cushion to practice on.
