Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk have produced a short guide to helping people with cost of living problems, having heard from frontline staff in partner organisations that they weren’t always sure what they could do to help people. The guide gives the steps to take if someone is in crisis, some actions you can suggest to people who feel confident, and also explains how to support people who are struggling.
