Community Catalysts and Cardiff Council don’t want anybody to miss out on being their own boss, with their own care enterprise, because they never had the chance to acquire technology skills. Cardiff Council are creating IT courses on a range of digital topics, which complement our Development Programme. It doesn’t matter what your computing abilities are – beginner, intermediate, or advanced – you are welcome to be put on the waiting list to join these courses just so long as you are on our Development Programme.
