Skills Bootcamps are flexible training courses for adults aged 19+, lasting up to 16 weeks and designed to build sector-specific, in-demand skills. They are run by Steadfast Training and funded by Lincolnshire County Council.

The following course is coming up this month –

Level 3 healthcare support worker

For: Employed & unemployed adults in Lincolnshire

Gain or grow your career in the care sector – ideal for those with personal care experience or working in health and care roles.

Duration: 3-10 weeks.

Location: Face-to-face in Spalding or virtually across Lincolnshire.

Modules include:

• Duty of care.
• Understanding mental ill health.
• Dementia awareness.
• Medication administration (if administering medication, please refer to CQC guidance and registration).
