Prior to joining Community Catalysts, Lucy worked at a large Housing Association.  During the 9 years she was there, Lucy worked in a variety of roles, starting off in the Customer Services team before moving into Building Safety and Home Ownership.

Lucy is passionate about community engagement and listening to the voice of the customer and secured a role in the Engagement Team where she carried out numerous consultations where customers were able to give their meaningful feedback on the community where they lived and the services they received.  This provided co-design opportunities and helped to shape the services on offer.  Lucy favourite project was working with groups of customers living in independent living schemes, where she helped to create places to enhance their wellbeing.

Outside of work Lucy enjoys long walks with her energetic cockapoo, going to the gym and spending quality time with family and friends.
