In May 2025, two new New Social Leaders cohorts will kick-off, which offer you and / or your team the opportunity to develop leadership skills and capacity, and to build a supportive network of colleagues. You might be starting out in a leadership role or have been a leader for a while and looking for new ideas.

Each cohort involves small groups that come together online to build connections. These groups share learning and grow as a result of a series of facilitated workshops. Participants learn alongside other likeminded, fresh-thinking, values-driven leaders who believe in the potential of people and aim to make a positive difference.

What you will leave with

• New techniques, ideas and tools to effectively lead and manage others with confidence
• New knowledge, techniques and motivation to work collaboratively with others, support local systems change, and improve outcomes for people and communities
• Access to ongoing peer support with likeminded new social leaders and connections with senior leaders in the social sector
