Our mission is to build and grow connections, enterprises and support within local communities that help people live good lives and their voices to be heard.

Our strategic aims

We achieve our mission through our four strategic aims:

1. Create choice and control with people –  coproducing a more diverse and flexible care and support system that enables people who draw on support to live life their way.
2. Find and build people’s strengths and talents – enabling everyone to build their capacity, confidence and connections, and backing social entrepreneurs and people who draw on support to build enterprises and community action.
3. Support people’s voices to create real change – supporting all kinds of organisations to include the voices of people in shaping service design and to innovate.
4. Be a thriving, sustainable social enterprise – living our values, offering great value for money to partners and ensuring we are financially sustainable and there for future generations.
