Karen has worked in administration for many years, having joined the Civil Service as a school leaver to work at the local Royal Navy Spare Parts Depot before starting a family. For the last 20 years, Karen has worked in various roles for a local government Adult Education provider.
Karen is thrilled to be part of the C4PC team and is excited about the Coalition’s potential growth and impact.
Outside of work, Karen has a passion for sewing and papercraft and has recently introduced a new member to the Waites family in the form of a Cockapoo puppy Charlie. She can also be found travelling down south to Nottingham on her days off to see her grandchildren.
