Overview of AOD practitioner programme
This experiential programme is designed for experienced organisational development (OD) practitioners and those working in transformation and change. It will help you to develop and deepen your understanding of the possibilities of OD.
We use a combination of action learning set meetings, modular delivery and online resources to blend practical exercises, with theoretical and experience-based input. The course will provide you with a reflective space, time and support to explore your working context and challenges. Working with others, you will deepen your understanding of self, group and intergroup dynamics to inform your relational practice and develop your impact and authority.
Our AOD faculty have extensive and significant experience in senior OD and change roles, as OD educators and as students and participants in a range of development programmes. Their experience and difference creates a rich and varied learning experience on the programme.
