As the country’s single largest Partnership of people and organisations that comes together solely to focus on personalised health and social care, the Coalition for Personalised Care (C4PC) is different from other voluntary Partnerships.

We are a network of networks, with a vast combined reach and influence. Our growing range of Partners spans all aspects of health and social care, providing a wealth of experience, expertise and influence.

Partner organisations fall primarily into one or more of these categories:

• NHS (NHS England departments or organisations solely funded by NHS)
• VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise, charities, health or social care providers)
• Networks (membership organisations, user-led organisations, societies or umbrella bodies)
• Training and development (education providers, development consultants)
• Thought leaders (think tanks, improvement and publishing bodies)
• Royal Colleges and professional associations

As a Coalition, our Partners bring their diverse frontline knowledge to the table, covering all components of the Comprehensive Model of Personalised Care.
