Men’s mental health walking group

I’m Neil and I lead Worcester’s Men Walking And Talking group. The idea is to give guys a safe, non judgemental space to talk and walk. Could be about anything or if you’re new to the area come and meet some locals or even have some company walking the dog. Some members prefer just to listen to others which is great too. I am a mental health first aider, have counselling certificates and other numerous relevant qualifications.

It’s FREE, non-committal and we’re out every week regardless of the weather/floods. Some of the guys bring their dogs too. This is just for men, we meet every Thursday at 7:30pm in The Range car park. I wear a hi viz to begin with so the group is easy to spot by the trees in the centre of the car park. The walk is approximately an hour around Worcester.

Please feel free to share. The regulars are a great bunch and really friendly! Drop me a message if you have any questions.
