Rosaria has been supported by her local Catalyst as part of the Kent Community Enterprise Project. The support from Community Catalysts has enabled Rosaria to ensure that her existing community enterprise is safe and legal and that she has all the relevant policies and procedures in place. The project has also assisted her to launch a new class, in collaboration with Age UK in Tunbridge Wells, expanding the local offer for older people in the area to attend exercise and movement/stability sessions close to where they live.
Rosaria has a lot of experience providing classes to older people in Kent. She is keen to expand her business and offer these sessions to as many people as possible, allowing them to remain healthy and mobile so they can remain independent for as long as possible.
Vitality Hub helps people move more and age well! They provide physical activity and exercise sessions, classes and videos that are designed to improve health conditions and quality of life as people age. They make day-to-day activities easier by providing people with the tools to stay strong and healthy and to avoid falling, injury and worsening of health conditions, in a socially enjoyable way.
A fully qualified personal trainer, with a degree in Exercise Fitness Management, Rosaria also specialises in exercise referrals, sports massages, dance/fitness and movement, falls prevention and personal training assessments.
Here are some of the positive comments from people who have used Vitality Hub:
Rosaria offers sessions throughout Kent and online classes which can of course be done from anywhere!
