Director of the Local Area Coordination Network
I am passionate about harnessing the power of community and helping people to achieve their potential. A lot of my work to date has focussed on co-producing health and wellbeing programmes with people facing homelessness, people seeking asylum and people who are refugees.
I love hearing people’s stories, bringing people together and working with groups to build on assets in communities.
I live in Newcastle with my wife Louise, our daughter Anna and our Tibetan Terrier Poppy. I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering, travelling and even going for the odd run (when I can find the motivation).
I am absolutely delighted to be part of Community Catalysts leading the Local Area Coordination Network. Local Area Coordination is an exciting, values-based approach that is having a major impact in the communities who have embraced it. It is a pleasure to work alongside everyone involved in Local Area Coordination, hearing about their incredible work and finding ways to bring it to even more communities.07407 789130
