Paul is passionate about healthcare, education and global health issues, and has devoted more than 30 years to these fields. He started his career as an outdoor pursuits instructor, then trained as a dentist in Leeds, before pursuing a career in industry where his experience spanned sales, marketing, finance and operational roles.

As part of a rich and diverse career Paul has worked as a Chairman, CEO and CFO around the world for Global Multinationals with extended assignments in Paris, Istanbul, Dubai and Chicago, focusing on healthcare technologies and healthcare facilities. In his last role, he was Group CEO of Prism Healthcare group: providers of products and services to long term care, social care and SEND communities.

Paul identifies strongly with our vision and values, and brings new perspectives and experience to our Board. He is currently an advisor to healthcare and education SMEs, and serves on the boards of several charitable organisations in the UK and abroad. He also serves as a local councillor.
