Carole has over 30 years’ experience of working within the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in a variety of roles, that have focused on community development, project development and organisational development.

Carole has developed, and managed neighbourhood level work using asset-based community development to support people to work on what is important to them as well as work that has supported the growth and development of voluntary, community and social enterprise groups and organisations.

Carole has also developed and managed projects working with children and families, people in recovery and people with learning disabilities.  This work has ranged from projects that have focused on supporting people with their goals, with learning practical skills to projects using creative skills to support their wellbeing and personal development. Central to everything is a strengths-based approach.

When not working, Carole enjoys arts and crafts with a particular interest in re-use and recycling.
