Emma has worked over many areas of social care including youth work, homelessness, addictions, mental health, criminal justice and most recently within domestic abuse. Emma is a Safelives qualified service manager. Emma is an experienced project and operational manager, gaining her skills within a large social inclusion charity. Emma is also a practiced trainer and educator.
Emma is passionate about embedding co-production within organisations and ensuring communities and people’s voices are heard and listened to.
Emma lives in Darlington and when not busy looking after her teenage children can usually be found rambling around the countryside looking for a hill or mountain to climb, failing that she’ll be stuck to the side of a bouldering wall trying not fall off.
