Supporting local people to develop community enterprises offering care and support to other local people within their home.
This partnership project with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is working to increase the range of community enterprises that support people who need some help within their home.
We are working across the whole of Rhondda Cynon Taf but have a specific focus on the North Cynon Valley. We are currently getting to know the area, building our understanding and making local connections.
