Co-production Works joins the Coalition

Introducing a new Coalition for Personalised Care (C4PC) Partner: Co-production Works.

Offering a one-stop shop for co-production needs, Co-production Works collaborates with a wide range of associates including consultants, researchers, artists and filmmakers.

With co-production being a central tenet of C4PC’s work, bringing Co-production Works into the Partnership is an obvious choice.

Emma Geldart, C4PC Programme Manager, said “Co-production Works will bring an in-depth understanding and knowledge of implementing co-production in a wide range of settings to our network.

“In particular, their expertise in facilitating co-production in a wide range of settings and their broad social care knowledge and networks will widen the Coalition’s reach and understanding in these areas,” she added.

As a bespoke consultancy which specialises in supporting organisations across public services to work in co-production with people who draw on services, as well as carers and citizens, Co-production Works uses a systems psychodynamic approach to organisational change.

Pete Fleischmann, Co-production Works Founder, explained that “We incorporate the social model of disability and mental health into all our work, enabling us to provide valuable perspectives to health and social care services and voluntary and community sector organisations.

“We are excited to be a part of the Coalition for Personalised Care as a way to expand our networks, meet like-minded people and keep up to date with policy developments and new publications,” he added.
