NDTi is a not-for-profit change organisation, working with people and services to enable people at risk of exclusion, due to age or disability, to live the life they choose. NDTi makes change happen by celebrating what’s possible, supporting changemakers and building self-determination.
Through change and development work, research and evaluation, and providing best practice resources, NDTi helps organisations rethink what’s possible and create sustainable change that leads to better lives for people and communities.

With its focus on putting people’s voices at the centre of every action and change, NDTi ensures that disabled, autistic and older people have a strong voice on all the decisions and changes that affect their lives.
C4PC Programme Manager, Emma Geldart, tells us, “NDTi has a long-standing track record of helping deliver change that improves lives. Like C4PC, NDTi’s approach is centred around the individual, ensuring that they can influence and co-design the support and care they need.
“The range of knowledge NDTi will bring to the Coalition has been developed over many years from across communities, including mental health, ageing, children and young people, learning disabilities, and autism. We are looking forward to the shared learning NDTi will bring.”
