Wiltshire

Community Catalysts is proud to partner with Wiltshire Council to deliver a two-year community micro-enterprise project. This initiative forms part of Wiltshire’s Self-Directed Support Project, a key element of the council’s Transforming Adult Social Care Programme, which modernises care services and promotes independence.

A local Catalyst supports the development of micro-enterprises offering flexible, person-centred help and care. Through a tailored development programme, these enterprises receive the tools and guidance they need to deliver high-quality, safe and sustainable support.

The project fosters innovative models of care and support, while contributing to the local economy. It expands support options, reduces dependency on traditional services and creates jobs that strengthen community resilience.

As part of the project, we have developed a directory to showcase community enterprises in the local area.
